At Brands&People we believe that purpose and income go hand in hand. Therefore, we are building more human brands that have the potential to impact people's lives.
Such is the case of NatureSweet. A different breed of company, hiring people at some of the most remote areas in Mexico, with above-average work benefits and comprehensive education programs, making sure their employees have access to school, from elementary all the way up to college.
We collaborated with them, creating a communication strategy that positions their people at the center of the brand, showcasing their business priorities and core values. The outcome was a visually vibrant system, fresh and full of optimism, which helped to structure the brand messages and convey its purpose in an emotional and more impactful way.
"We cultivate happiness", tells the story of the brand in two dimensions. First, literally, as people in NatureSweet carefully harvest high quality produce. And second, at a human level, as the company provides employees with life-altering opportunities to grow through their jobs.
It is a principle that works from the inside out, to inspire, put the spotlight on, and move people towards the same goal, growing happy and powerful allies of NatureSweet.
